    muy Nuevo Mexicano… a soft pudding flavored with vanilla bean, served with fresh berries

  1. Shrimp Fajitas
    grilled shrimp and vegetables served with cilantro rice, and garnished with pico del gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and tortillas.
  2. Tilapia Steamed in Cornhusks
    Tilapia filets and vegetables are wrapped in corn husks then steamed; served with cilantro rice.
